The staff who were supposed to be policing the hand washing safety process on entrance to the buffet were mainly talking to their friends or other passengers therefore passengers who want to rush to the empty window tables at the beginning of the restaurant fail to wash their hands, circumventing the safety procedure.
Newbies treated like second class citizens.

Husband contracted influenza B, was confined to cabin for two days but previous days spent in cabin as not well, as we had purchased bev package requested credit, customer service person said he would check with medical centre, called me back to say medical centre had verified confinement so they would issue one days credit, but not for me as I was not officially confined to the cabin.
Tender system disgusting, waited over three hours to be tendered off longer on the second tender process.
Worst of all cabin! Steward did not remove used glasses, toilets continually blocking was told it’s our fault as only one piece of paper should be used at a time.
If anyone gets allocated cabin A506 please change, the room is right next door to swimming pool equipment room, the noise in the cabin is very annoying, husband wears hearing aids so did not trouble him, but one piece of machinery (strongly suspect filter) continually droning, switched off at night at 11.30 but promptly on again at 5.30 I did complain and was offered ear plugs..... I did ask to be moved, request denied....dreaded being in cabin but when husband confined no alternative....
Won’t be choosing Princess line ever again....
