Cabin: Ocean View Balcony

We're regular cruisers splitting companies between RCL and Holland America.

Ship was in good condition. Embarkation was easy. Cabin was a standard ocean view balcony. We had excellent cabin service from John. We, unfortunately, had a mishap in the MDR on the first night when our reserved table for two was given away. Luckily, the dining room staff did their best to make things better for us and we were satisfied with very good service. The Windjammer meals were so-so. The food was good. Staff attentive and easy to talk to. Breakfast service was the same menu every day. A little more variety would have been better.

We planned all excursions through RCL and they were worth it. Very well organized and we departed the ship in a timely manner. We disembarked with a airport transfer and Baccardi tour. We had a short wait but went through customs and onto the tour bus quickly.
