We have cruised on many cruises ships over the last 30 years, sometimes twice a year and all cruises have been amazing except for Costa.
We used Costa 3 years ago and said never again. However we were looking for a cruise and having been all over the world decided to opt for a different costa ship as the itinerary looked appealing.
The attitude of the majority of the staff was appalling. we literally had to plead for English Breakfast tea bags, and butter. Please, thankyou and smiles were rarely used.
