Ship is in excellent shape. However, it was too crowded and the number of passengers on the ship was too many for the amenities available. The pool area on the top deck was always super busy and it was very difficult to get a chair. The adult pool is very small. I don't think the layout on the top deck is very good. There is also a smoking area with open doors so one could smell the smoke when walking by it on the way the the buffet Garden Cafe restaurant. I hope Norwegian ban all smoking on their ships soon.

Lots of restaurants and food in general was excellent. No complaints here at all.

Cabin was good for 2 adults and 1 12-year old child. Balcony was small but still usable. Washroom is usable by a single person at a time.

Great pool but food and drink are way overpriced.
