This was my first cruise. When it was booked I never would have booked it if I would have been informed that there was a private charter going on this cruise. The people in the charter were rude, obnoxious, and used a lot of foul language in front of everyone. This normally wouldn't bother me because I can ignore people like that but there were children present and children repeat things. They also told me, and a few other people that they were special and we will get the leftovers of privileges after they were done. We weren't able to get into different areas because of them, they had a few fights occur, and were just all around disrespect towards the other cruisers.

The bar near the customer service had the rudest employees. They really need to separate the coffee, and soda pop away from the alcohol bar.

We ended up going to Freeport instead of the private island. Never arrived there until 3 pm and had to be back onboard by 730 pm. Very disappointing.

Just a small circle of shops, didn't feel like we had enough time to go further into the city.
