This was our 9th cruise at Spring break and never have we been disappointed like we were on this cruise. The ship, our balcony cabin, entertainment and the food were excellent. The restaurant service was very good and our room streard was over the top great.

However the bar service was dreadful, and this was the theme at every bar. Either the bartenders are poorly trained or just quite simply miserable. They never smiled, barely gave eye contact, unfriendly and pretty much treated you like you were invisible. Average time waiting to be served was 30 min.

Basically unable to access ships pools as totally taken over by college kids. Norwegian staff has no control over unruly college kids, they were left to do whatever they wanted and no one ever intervened. Felt unsafe most of the time. I am just happy I was not sailing with young children, as witnessing the college kids and their horrible behaviour and language would have been horrifying. Read more
