My husband and I have cruised on Royal Caribbean in the past however this was the first cruise for our two children. Our experience was fantastic. The boarding process was a smooth process and had us on board enjoying our lunch in less than 20 minutes. Once aboard we headed up to the Windjammer for lunch. There was a good selection of food and we found a table pretty easily. Food was good for buffet, cafeteria style, my kids loved the pizza. After eating we went to check out or cabin. We easily found our cabin which was very small for the four of us but nice and clean. Our cabin steward Denis was great he kept everything nice and neat and the kids loved his towel animals. We spent most of the first day wandering around checking out the ship. We were happy to see how well she had been maintained. The main dinning room was a wonderful experience. Our wait staff as very professional and made our kids feel extra special. The food in the dinning room was very good with a good selection even items our fussy kids would eat. Our kids spent quite a bit of time in the kids clubs which were very well run. Our daughter loved being part of the circus. The process of leaving the ship and going through customs was as smooth as boarding the ship. While sitting in the airport I did notice one slight issue with our on board bill that I should have corrected while still on board. We figured it was too late to correct but thought I would give it a shot and called Customer Service. I explained the situation and with out any issues she refunded the pool towels that had been charged. We had a fantastic time and will sail with RCI again in the near future.
