BACKGROUND

This was our second cruise experience. We had previously sailed on Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas to Cozumel-Cayman-Jamaica in 2016. Since we wanted to visit different destinations and would only be able to cruise during the week of 3/17/2019, we decided to go with Carnival Vista since it was going to Cozumel-Belize-Roatan. Moreover, there was the added attraction of being on Carnival's new ship - the Vista.

THE SHIP - MEDIOCRE

The cabin was good and so was our room steward. We had a balcony on the 6th floor. There were power outlets as well as USB ports for charging devices which was quite handy. The bathroom was well designed and made great use of space. No noise from the Bonsai restaurant below either. All in all, very comfortable and exceeded expectations.
