The overall experience was horrible! It was too crowded! They had the same food on the buffet everyday. The staff was rude and it would take over 30 min to get a drink. You had to make reservations for everything but by the time you get on the ship everything was already fully booked. They did not offer refills when dining at specialty restaurants .

It is not a kid friendly ship. They only have one very small pool and splash pad. There were not enough seats around the pool area.

The smoking area was a small little shack on the 15th floor. The bars would close too early. There were only two channels on the tv. The beds were wore out and uncomfortable. The app was hard to download and cost $9.99 a person and only worked half the time. The help desk was not helpful at all. And the best place we visited was Costa Maya and only got to stay their for 6 hours.

The beds were wore out and dipped in the middle. I did not get a full night of sleep the whole 7 nights I was on there.
