I went on the Escape with my family of 5 on 3/17/19. We were in room 5742. I chose this deck because it could accommodate my husband, 3 children (7 and under) and myself. It was also very close to the the Guppies room and Splash Academy. The room although a little tight between the bed and the wall it was great for our family. The couch turned into a bed and there was a pull down bed from the ceiling as well.
Embarkation: We were at the port to park around 9:30 am. We parked at the port parking, although a little pricey it was nice to be right there. Getting into the terminal was very easy. We waited on line for security for about 30 minutes before they opened. Once it opened it went very fast. We then waited to board and were on the ship around 11:00 am.
Guppies/Splash Academy
This cabin was great. It was myself, my husband and three children (7 year old twins and a 2 1/2 year old). We all fit fine. The bathroom had a double sink and a bathtub, it was bigger then other lines I have taken. The room was a bit tight between the bed and the wall but that was fine. The TV for the master bed was on the side and hard to see from the bed but we barely used it any way. This room is very convenient to the kids guppies room and the splash academy. It was also right by the elevator/stairs and made it easy to get to places. This was only one deck away from the two dining rooms and the atrirum and two decks from another dining room, O'sheehans (24 hours) and the casino.
Amazing beach and a really relaxing day.
