First of all I would like to start by commending the staff. They were great and provided excellent service for us. Our destinations were great. We really enjoyed the white sand and clear water. The food in the main dining room was also great!

This was our second cruise on Rhapsody and our third cruise on a vision class boat. Every year they are becoming less entertaining for our kids as the activities list for them seems to keep shrinking. We also kept getting a bad stench of a sewer like smell in our room throughout the week. I had the “ Voom” internet service that was super slow. To slow to send or receive emails and or text messages. This was our last trip on Rhapsody or any vision class boat from Royal Caribbean. We have been very loyal to Royal thus far as this made our fifth year in a row cruising with them.

Again the staff aboard the boat was great and very helpful to us for the entire length of the cruise.
