Crew members were not very clued up with information.
Shore Excursions was very limited. More information should be made available on a channel on the TV
Entertainment and Activities was very good
Cabin very small. Was OK as we were only 2 adults, but if 2 children were included then the cabin would be very, very small. Beach towels were not replaced. Water leaking from the toilet which left the floor full of water. Not happy at all with our cabin, as it was suppose to be oceanview (Category 02 - ocean view) which was not. Feel that we were mislead. Not value for your money
Dining - Buffet was not all awesome. Same food for lunch and dinner. On many days there were not enough fruit, tea, sugar, milk, and the coffee was very tasteless.
Dining - Belle Epogue Restaurant, was stunning, food was tasteful. One disappointment was the prawns which was not at all cleaned, de-veined, and the smell was awful.
A VERY SPECIAL COMPLIMENTS TO OUR WAITER SUDIANTARA FROM INDONESIA. He is really an asset to your company. Most friendly, helpful person with a great personality!!!
