Overall, it was a great cruise! Embarkation went smoothly, just a little confusing initially with Bliss using two terminals. A huge perk was being expedited through security! A half hour from parking the car to stepping onboard! Our cabin was available just short of 1pm and our luggage was in the cabin at 3:30!!!

The dining was incredible! Cagney's was excellent, as usual. Service was incredibly fast, we had our food about 15 minutes after we sat down! Los Lobos was very good. Guacamole was handmade at your table and served with spiced chips that added just the right punch to the guac! A little pricey for the servings, but not horribly. What to say about Teppanyaki? That is the most consistent restaurant I’ve ever visited. The food is always excellent and the chefs very friendly and entertaining. Q was the one that really shone for me! The service was amazing, the portions were big, and the food was awesome! I had the platter, the sausage and brisket were really good, but the ribs and chicken were the highlight! Just enough sauce to tastes great and not have run down to my elbows!

The entertainment was pretty flat for me. Jersey Boys and Havana just didn’t grab me. The music and singing were fantastic, but there were more, non-musical elements, that dragged them out. Happy Hour Prohibition was WOW! It was in the Social Club, so a significantly more intimate location that made the interactive parts of the show way more fun. Five drinks were included and they were mixed strong! The girls were amazing! Great voices and it looked like they were having a blast performing, especially when they messed with members of the audience! It is adult only, and if you are easily offended by sexual innuendo you may want to pass. We went to one theme party, Caliente, and were really disappointed with it. It’s billed as “...featuring pop/Latin music.” It didn’t. It was just electronic rave music. Basically, Glow Party with a new name. The usual game shows were there, the dance contest and the Not so Newlywed game are always hysterical!! There weren’t as many dance classes as the other NCL ships we’ve been on.
