The ports on this cruise were fabulous. Even though it was cold for the first few weeks, it was well worth going.

The crew on Westerdam are some of the best I've come across on any HAL ship. ALL of them were wonderful.

The cabins however, are tired & need an upgrade. Our bath had a crack in it & poured water all over the floor every time we had a shower. We tried to get them to fix it but, in the end, we fixed it ourselves with gaff tape!! The public rooms however, had been upgraded & were excellent.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean-View Verandah Stateroom

Cabin VC

Cabin was tired. The bath had a crack in it & spewed water all over the floor every time we had a shower. Asked for it to be fixed but they never got back to us so we gaff taped it up. One day, black smelly waste spewed up through the bathroom floor drain. It was fixed quickly but never really got rid of the smell properly !!. Not much storage room. No drawers at the desk, only a small cabinet. Only 2 hooks for hanging wet coats, robes etc
