First I would like to thank everyone who took the time to write a review, I've been stalking your reviews in preparation for my first cruise. With nothing to compare the experience to I had a good time. I arrived at the port early like 8ish not knowing it's closed and doesn't open til 10 am, but anyway we were on the ship by 11 am. We were directed to go to 9 and eat (none of the elevators were turned on yet)and I ordered my first drink of the day by 11:07 am. They do charge tax on the cheers package when the ship in still in port in Miami it's usually less than a dollar. I had the famous Guy's burger man y'all had me expecting an Au Cheval burger or something. The burger itself was okay I actually liked the fries better than the burger. The toppings bar had the best mushrooms which I piled high on the burger and usually got full eating the mushrooms off the burger and fries dipped in the mayo. The burger was always kinda dry even fresh off the grill. Well after getting a drink and eating we were ready to shower and change after a long night of travel. The elevators were on now and we journeyed down to level 1 to be hit with a sign that the rooms would not be available until 1:30. We sat there with our luggage for like 15 minutes when other people started to come down, we found the doors were just closed not locked the crew was still cleaning rooms, I sat for a few more minutes and went to look for my room. It looked down to me bed made with luggage mat laid out, bathroom was clean our cards were on the vanity so I went to get my bf and we went to the room. I like to sleep in quite darkness so the inside cabin was perfect for me. We got in the shower, set our alarms for two hours and laid down. As soon as I was drifting off the phone rings loudly and housekeeping or whoever got on yelling at me about why was I in the room before 1:30 and they were not done I told him I was straight and he could finish whatever he needed to finish later, I hung up to him still yelling something. Woke up refreshed after my nap got dressed just in time for the drill. So know one seemed to know what they were doing or where we should be going but if you didn't get there you would be in trouble. So basically they make everyone stand shoulder to shoulder to watch a man show you how to put on a life vest and blow a whistle, what a waste of time. It's hot and someone passed out I got tired and just walked away. Got my last calls in before I was in a dead zone for my phone. Got more drinks, looked at the water and took another nap. Slept through my late dining at 8:15 so went to the buffet. I was highly disappointed with the buffet I mainly ate cheese some type of beef, the fish had an off taste and the veggies were kinda to spicy for my liking. I was able to piece together enough stuff so I was no longer hungry. After eating we walked around for a little while and went to the comedy show. What a delight! The comedy show and there were plenty waiters bringing drinks. After the shows we went to the dance club which was winding down but we listed to a few songs had a drink. We walked around outside and enjoyed the still and darkness of the night. I went to sleep while my bf explored the ship. Being inside you have no real perspective of time I woke around 10 ish hungry. I got dressed and wondered around looking for the dining room it was a lot of back and fourth up and down before I found it and it was closed by time I got there. People were still sitting eating but closed for new service. Bummed back to the buffet I went making a stop to get a power aid from the coffee shop. They had the basics I had sausage, bacon, potatoes, grits, waffles. I piled a few more items on the plate and took it back to the room to share with my bf. We ate got dressed for the day and I stopped to get a white chocolate Carmel Frappuccino. We explored Nassau for a few hours came back ate lunch I had fries and mushrooms from Guy's and bf ate salad and fish. We drank more took and nap and got dressed for the night and headed to diner. The main dining room had okay selections, from reading the reviews I knew I could order multiples and I did just that. I had the stuffed mushrooms and crab cake both were okay. For the entrée I had salmon and the shrimp. For desert I had the chocolate melting cake which was really good and the birthday cake which was gross. The waiters sang happy bday it was nice drink waiters were prompt with refilling my Patron margaritas . After dinner we went back to the comedy show which was hilarious again and had more drinks. After we went back into Nassau and hung out for a few hours. Woke up the next morning at sea. Started my day with power aid and we made it for brunch. Had delicious mimosas , pancakes, turkey sausage, pancakes and grits. This was the only meal that took a long time to get but everything was hot. After brunch I sent to the serenity deck to lay in the sun and let me tell you that was a different sun. I was to hot to lay out there so I found shade and kept drinking. We had late lunch at the buffet since the deli ran out of everything good. I was able to piece together a few items, continued by more drinking and a nap. We missed dinner wondering around the ship and ended up in the buffet. Again I ate cheese some random beef veggies and a few other things. The chocolate cake was really good. The remainder of the evening we sat in the casino where my bf could smoke and we drank the night away. After leaving the casino we were hungry and found the pizza place. Worst pizza ever, even for being drunk it was horrible. Ended up going back to the room and ordered room service. I got the Philly for $5 while not authentic it was good. Overall I enjoyed the cruise and I'm willing to try another one. I didn't drink anything free lol. Even in the buffet I ordered sprite or ginger ale. I started every morning with power aid and after breakfast I would have a Frappuccino. I ordered a bottled water after every other drink. Never drank 15 drinks in the day but got pretty close and never was really drunk like the liquor was fake or something. I've had similar experiences in Jamaica and started with doubles and got sick so I left well enough alone. I guess I was feeling it just not proportioned to the drinks that I had. They did have a really good free juice one day. The beverage package ended up being worth it and I will definitely get it if I cruise again. I wore swimsuits and cover up during the day and sundresses at night and I was always comfortable. The room was small but big enough for two people. Shower pressure was just fine and the water was always hot. We carry our luggage so it was a breeze getting on and off. The last day we had the buffet breakfast relaxed and walked on off.

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin 4A

Small, tight, just right. Bed was comfortable, just can't lay in the middle or you will feel the gap. Room was always clean. Refrigerator was not really cold so drinks were always slightly cooler than room temperature..
