We choose this cruise because of the itinerary and the value. We have cruised many of the major cruise lines and have NEVER had a bad experience. This ship lack personality, service and friendliness. What was good on this ship was the shows, the coffee and the photography was outstanding. The room was clean and roomy enough for 2, the service was very good there. This is the only line that attempts to charge you for extras, the zip line, games ect. The food in the dining room was fair but not outstanding or timely by any means. The food in the buffets was not appealing, tasty or satisfying at all. Most of the time you had to clear your own table or look at food on the ground, VERY Unsatisfied with the overhaul cruise. I will not every recommend of book another one . I actually attempted to reach to to MSC direct and got not even a courtesy call back .
