We were first time cruisers we were excited and it was a family cruise, it was overcrowded we never could enjoy pool or pool area, or hot tubs or many of the other amenities, had a horrible experience with excursion and the excursion desk missing information not told things till you book and by the time we booked we could refund it we were stuck , the WiFi is terrible we paid for the premium just to be able to keep in touch back home we hsbe kids and pets, barely worked at all was complete garbage , Buffett area crowded loud no order people cutting in line kids running while your trying to walk with your plate, I’m seriously disappointed in the experience I work for an airline and moving forward will avoid cruises and stick to planes and hotels and will not recommend Norwegian just a horrible expensive experience
