Inaugural cruise promised so much and delivered so little. Here are just some of the issues: * Wardrobe doors. Very cheap sliding doors that constantly jam! * Wardrobe depth too shallow to hang clothes unless hung diagonally. * Costantly creaking cabin, banging within walls and creaking balcony door frame. * Limited food options without paying upto €30+++pp in specialist restaurants. * Very poor customer service . * Few lounges apart from those reserved for Yatch Club. * Zoe completely useless, cannot answer any on board of off board questions. Bluetooth will pair to be device but it's bluetooth is too slow to be of any use. * No cabin extras such as toiletries,  not even pencil. * They should have spent more on a decent cabin structures rather than Bling in the public areas. * Untested and or unfriendly technology Zoe etc, tv, interactive screens on deck. No English entertainment channels. * 6 March glasses smashed and bottles fell off shelfs. Chairs slid across the buffet restaurant. In my opinion this ship was close to its limits that night. * TOP ENTERTAINMENT! Hand shadows was the gala night entertainment!!!!! The main restaurant staff were brilliant despite the small portions they had to serve up to guests. I have taken 20 previous cruises across 6 now 7 cruise lines, and MSC has been by far the worst in terms of entertainment, food, facilities, and staff. The Captain did not address the guests once despite abandoning one of the ports of call (La Caruna )
