A lot of staff members gave us wrong information. We paid for FTTF but were told to get in the regular line when boarding. After boarding, we were supposed to have immediate access to our room, but there were signs on the doors saying, "Do not enter. Rooms available at 1:30." I went to guest services and spoke to 3 different people explaining that I had FTTF and was supposed to be able to access my room. They didn't seem to know what I was talking about and kept repeating that my room would be available at 1:30. As a 1st time cruiser, I read all of the dress code rules for dinner and packed accordingly. However, the dress code rules are not enforced in the dining room at all. Most people had on flip flops, slides, tshirts, and basketball shorts. When I asked on the 1st night, i was told that it was because people hadn't received their luggage. However, people were dressed the same on the other nights, too. I could've saved a lot of room in my suitcase if I'd known. The safety briefing was also very stressful because no one could tell us where to go. We asked multiple crew members and was told something different each time. We went upstairs and then downstairs and then back up over and over again. Massage in the spa - don't waste your money. We were told no couple massages. My husband's massage room had no windows for views of the ocean. My room was right next to the hair salon, so the noise from hair dryers and people talking was not relaxing at all. The package included a mini facial but was told I had to receive it at the same time as the massage. Due to our assigned dinner time, I didn't have time for the facial and was not given any other option.

I was pleasantly surprised by the space in the room. I was there with 2 teenagers, but the storage in the room gave us plenty of walking space.
