The splendor is a smaller more intimate ship missing the 2.0 upgrades. That being said the cruise director and entertainment staff were anazing, the ship very clean, with plenty of activities for young and old. Food was great in the dining room and service was very good as well. Our cabin Stewart Ana was amazing her smile infectious and the level of service well above expectations. Carnival continues to meet and exceed while staying family and wallet friendly. This was our tenth cruise in carnival and third on the Splendor. We are sold in Carnival and continue to be loyal to the brand. Looking forward to booking our platinum cruise and getting a few more perks. Kyndall Fire is a ball of energy and keep the entertainment rolling we enjoy the west coast of Mexico and with the beautiful pacific and amazing people there is always plenty of great activities to meet any need. We went to the all inclusive beach at El acid and had a great time great food and the beach clean and well supervised. Then being able to use the pools and bars at the resort really topped off the day.

Ana is the best cabin steward. Our room clean and she went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.
