Cruised many times on msc and always wanted to go to this particular destination.
The embarkation and disembarkation was an absolute disgrace and most if not all the passengers complained. To be made to stand for more than two hours with small children is completely unacceptable. i didn't even see staff from the ship coming around to apologize for any inconvenience caused. I am not asking for much, but this was the most expensive cruise of the entire calendar and i felt we were not treated at all well.
The food was really good and the bar staff etc were great.
