I am glad this was not my first cruise because it would of been my last! The cleaning crew ( if that is what you want to call them) DID NOT CLEAN ... I got dirty towels hung like they where clean ( lip stick and other makeup on them - you could see lip prints) I have been on this ship before and did not have this bad of a time. The main steward was a joke... rude and unfriendly (they could not ever get our room done in time - nor could they get all our clothes back that we sent to get cleaned - lost mult items)

The pool area wait crew was not helpful unless you wanted to get drunk. could not get any service AT ALL.
