Have been cruising for over 25 years and love it. NCL's Epic was the most horrible cruise we have ever been on. Waitingfor 40 minutes to get seated at the Teppanyaki restaurant with a reservation. Waited another 30 minutes till waiter takes drink order. Waited another 30 minutes till cook showes up. But that time I had gone to another restaurant and gotten food cause I was ready to faint from hunger. When I got back my boyfriend still hadnt seen a waiter. 45 minute wait at Sheenans to get a table. Waiter did not show up. Citwue de dream show. Table right away but no waiter for 30 minutes. Drinks at bar impossible to get. I am 62 years old and not into pushing. So no bartender would notice me asking for a drink. Last day leaving tg3e ship was a disaster. People pushing in the hallways. 4100 guests were told to leave tge cabin by 8am but were not aloud to get of board. For 3 hours we were pushed in the hallways when tgey announced the gate was changed to deck 5 where tge only way was to use gge escalator. Men were arguing throwing chairs babies crying. After 2 hours we finally saw some staff handing out water yo exhausted guests. We left our room at 7.30am and got of the ship at 10.28am.

How do the do it when there is a fire? These were horrible conditions. Horrible
