We have cruised with Norwegian before and were pleased so we booked the Escape to the Bahamas. We cruised on the Spirit before but this time we wanted to try a bigger and newer ship. I'm so glad we did!

Service:

First of all, the service we received was outstanding. The crew in the buffet were always friendly and accommodating. The steward for our room was always smiling and helpful. We were charged for items that weren't suppose to be and after going to guest services, it was resolved. The staff at the casino were very attentive and never had to wait long for drinks. Read more
