Let me start on embarkation.( Who cares about Miami, not at all impressed) Total chaos was the order of the day. Was told to sit and wait, but yet people arriving 20 to 30 minutes after were boarding. NCL's employees had no clue how to handle the situation,one couldn't even find an outlet to plug in a PA.
Finally get to the cabin. At first was pleasantly surprised. Remote for tv was taped together, had to hold battery cover to change channels. Shelves and counters were so dusty and filthy that my wife took a facecloth and dampened it to wipe everything down. Book with info about the ship and services was missing (requested one and received it next day). Other then that cabin was OK.
Purchased Pepsi program for drinks. Well every time we went up to the bars to get a refill most of the time the bartenders would ignore you or walk to the other side because they were not getting a tip for that drink.
Good location. Convenient location to elevators and quiet. Balcony is the way to go
