First time on the Oasis (but my 20th cruise overall on most of the main cruiselines) and went with a neighborhood friend.
We had an oceanview balcony on deck 8, cabin #8-282 and the location was great. It was close to elevators/stairs and just a short walk to Central Park.
Speaking of elevators, there are plenty of them fore and aft on this ship and you seldom have to wait long.
