When it takes 4hrs to have your toilet plunged or at least 20min for room service to answer the phone, what else really needs to be said? This was by far the worst cruise I've ever travelled on. Staff dragged their feet for everything. Barely a smile from staff the entire cruise. People just going through the motions. The itinerary is built for travellers 70+. Nothing except comedy show and bingo worth going to if you are 40 or below. The 80s night at Skywalker's was the newest music you will find. I made the mistake of bringing my 3 and 6yo on this cruise. If you do not drop them in kids club, you will be spending the time with your child in your room watching movies. Movies only because there were no kids channels or cartoons. Jeffrey Santiago (steward) and Edgar (Front Desk Manager) were lone superstars on the cruise. Unless you want to bid on art or do nothing for 5 days, book other cruise line.
