Cabin: Spa Balcony Stateroom
This was our second time cruising on the Escape. We absolutlely love this ship and it's crew. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying your cruise. We went during winter break it was interesting it seem Every one had the same idea to arrive early. Embarkation day was crowded but once on board it was amazing.
First day was awesome met a lot of nice people. We had an amazing Meet & Greet it was a nice turn out. We met in District Brew House this was the best Meet & Greet we've been to. We got to meet several Senior Officers. The nice thing they had business cards and they said if we needed anything give them a call. I actually became quite friendly with some. Each time they saw us throughout the cruise they'd stop and talk with us.
We were not able to go to Great Stir up Cay due to weather conditions. We spent the whole day in the Spa, it was phenomenal. The Spa is definitely a nice oasis. It was never crowded the Thermal Pool was so relaxing. We spent time in the Sauna and the Salt Room. We winded up overnighting in Nassau.

We actually were orginally booked in a hump balcony on deck 13. We got an email to bid for a upgrade. We wanted access to the Spa so we bid on all Spa upgrades. We were excited to get the upgrade. The Spa Balcony is definitely the tighest room we've ever stayed in. We loved the Spa we decided next cruise to stay in a Balcony Hump cabin and purchase the Spa pass. This cabin was in a perfect location with easy access to the gym and Spa one floor above. The gym facilities was great in the morning around 8 it was crowded first 2 days after that it was fine. The gym was less crowded after 11am. They have plenty of equipment, I worked out every morning.
Port Reviews
Port Canaveral (Orlando)
We got off the ship and walked down to the shuttle. It was 15.00 Each roundtrip. We just walked ariund for awhile then took the shuttle back to the ship.
Nassau
We have an amazing authentic Jamaican restaurant in Nassau near the port named Pepper Pot Grill. It is in walking distance 5 minutes top. The food us delicious we always go there for lunch when in Nassau.
