I chose this cruise because I usually get out of the cold northeast in Feb.,once football season has ended.Embarkation was smooth.Debarkation &embarkation for the 2nd leg of my b2b was horrible.B2b patrons are supposed to be the last ones off the ship&1st ones on for the 2nd half.Half the b2b patrons were on the gangway while the other half were still on the ship because the ship was not properly secured to the dock.Once we all finally got off & had cleared customs priorty patrons were already boarding ahead of b2b patrons.UNACCEPTABLE! I have been on CCL many times&have diamond status so I am familiar with most of the ships.Overall the ship &my interior cabin were fine, although the Magic does not have a separate sports bar.Dining was average at best, it seems like every CCl cruise I take they seem to be lowering the quality of the food.Deserts on lido deck looked appealing but the frosting had very little taste&why have they eliminated key lime pie?Entertainment was very good, the band in the plaza lounge was excellent,as was the piano player in the piano bar.Service was vetry good, with the exception being on the morning buffets on sea days or late debarkation for ports, they were understaffed. Many times it was difficult to find a Clean table while other times there was a sortage of utensils, coffee cups or coffee it self. I had been to all the ports before so I did not get off at any.As usual the strongest asset of CCl is friendliness of the staff, room stewards ,bartenders&dining staff were excellent.
