Cabin: Sky Suite 1

Just came off the newly renovated Millenium. A great ship and a great itinerary in Asia.

The common areas are beautiful - soothing decor colors and shiny new everything. Qsine and Sushi on 5 wonderful as always. The new areas for suites are beautiful such as the Retreat and Sun Deck. You feel special being in a suite.

The service was wonderful - the Captain is so funny and we looked forward to his daily updates. The Officers and crew were very visible and friendly.

Cabin Review

Sky Suite 1

Cabin S1

Be warned if you get a handicapped accessible room - you get more space in the suite and bathroom but the bathroom in the suite we were in (8125 - a handicapped Sky Suite) was very disappointing. There is no vanity space, no shelves or drawers, no towel racks, no shelf in the shower for personal items. The bathroom got totally flooded when we showered since it has no lip to stop the water due to being a handicapped room.

Also, whoever designed the cabins seems to believe form and style are more important than function - like people who decorate a model home where no one ever really lives. There is so little counter space to begin with and then they have plants and coral sculptures and other nonessential items around that we needed to put under the bed to get out of the way.
