We choose cruise with other friends. Embarking and disembarking was smooth process however at end some difficulty in finding luggage as it was mixed in different sections. Our room steward Jovich was excellent, friendly and attentive. He decorated our room for my sons birthday which occurred during the trip! Much appreciative. Dining opportunities provided everyone’s satisfaction: Italian, Mexican, American, as well as other cultural foods! Comedy club, singers, trivia and other onboard entertainment was nice. Place for dancing and get together for teen population as well. Did not enjoy Tortola British Virgin Island at all. Dirty, suffering from hurricane Irma and nothing to do. No shops worth going too and afraid to eat anywhere other than the port spots 2-3 places. US Virgin Islands St Thomas was nice port however only able to stay half day-should be switched from Tortola. Some staff on ship stuck up/rude. Non-smiling only a handful! Food kind of basic fries, hot dogs and hamburger. Breakfast wonderful! Needed more vegetables vs fries! Shows fill up too fast with no room available sit. Would benefit if able to sign up for them prior to being on ship as well.

My sons sandal got caught in escalator and almost pulled his foot into matchine as well. Informed customer service who didn’t care. Asked us “What can I do for you”

Family Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin M2

Couch uncomfortable to sleep on, too hard. I had my 2 adult sons with me. Room steward excellent- made the cruise comfortable. Room otherwise comfortable shower and toilet separate so provided privacy which was nice.
