I had friends who sailed with Norwegian and had good things to say. This was a special trip, celebrating the adoption of our two teen girls. Brought the whole family, including the adult children and granddaughter. From the amenities on the ship, to the fun activities, to the superb dining experience, and not to mention the most incredible staff...we had the trip of a life time! There wasn't one thing we could say could improve. Our son, who has traveled all over the world and eaten in dozens of countries, raved about the quality of the food. Our 2 year old granddaughter was treated like a princess, with staff attending to her needs (nice touches such as getting her meal right away to keep her happy while the the rest of the family chatted an enjoyed the atmosphere). Our teenagers could go off on their own and get involved in activities just for them (although they were usually so exhausted by the end of the day we couldn't convince them to leave the cabins). This was our first Norwegian cruise, and certainly not our last! We planning a couple's cruise to Alaska next!
