We decided to try MSC after more than a dozen cruises. The Italian food and ambiance was attractive and as first generation Italians we were excited to try MSC.

The embarkation on 2-21 was a disaster and exercise in total customer disregard. Over 2 hours in a zigzagging line and when we reached the desk to register the young lady walked away to never come back. She apparently went for lunch but was not replaced. We had to butt in the next line to get served, and no apology.

The good:

Cabin was tiny with no drawer/closet space, unless you packed for only one day at a nudist beach.

Great stop. We walked all day in Fort de France. Lovely and beautiful.
