This was our third time on the MSC Divina. As always we were pleased with our cruise. We were pleased enough with our cruise that we gave deposits towards a future cruise.

Some differences that we noticed...MSC has changed some of the packages and ways of doing business. Some changes were positive but some were less interesting. Nothing major to report or complain about but we did hear rumors that MSC would be eliminating the "kids sail free" program. That would be a major disappointment if that happens and would impact our decision making process in choosing a cruise line.

One of the highlights of the cruise was seeing familiar faces on board and the customer service. Carlos from the entertainment team is always a pleasure and so was seeing the main waitress (sorry I don't remember her name) from the sports bar. We were especially pleased to see and chat again with the event manager, Mohamed, as his service is second to none. Assets like Mohamed are one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to MSC.
