Transfer from Gatwick was great as was embarkation we had our luggage taken and next time we saw it was in our cabin, the only downside was getting the special assist people off the plane. They put all the British people together in the dining room on specific tables and dining times were 6.30 or 9.00 which was too early or too late for us and when they picked people up 4 times from either Martinique or Guadeloupe because they had a muster we had to be there at 6.15 or 9.15. On these days when people were joining or leaving the ship it was a bit chaotic with them going everywhere trailing their luggage. The food in the dining room was very mediocre and the breakfast and lunch in the buffet was manic trying to get a seat and the food very disappointing I would say worst buffet I have ever seen. The entertainment was also disappointing geared up for the French and Italian clientele all announcements were made in other languages with English last. There was a guy singing in one of the lounges who was brilliant. The pool area was a bit disappointing as we could only use one side as there was smoking areas just behind the sun beds and there was even one lady using a vaping machine in the non smoking area and no one asked her to stop even though staff were serving her drinks.

The flight back was not a good experience we had to wait one and half hours as two people and their luggage were taken off the plane. There was a medical emergency during the night and when we arrived at Gatwick we had to wait on plane until paramedics got on. There were people coughing all night.

Just seen on news same flight arrived at Gatwick yesterday morning and because of sickness people had to be quarantined.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

Really nice comfortable cabin with plenty of room. Not enough clothes hangers but ask steward and he got me some more. The steward was great and cabin was spotless. Maybe balcony was smaller than we have had before but was adequate. Shower was great and doors folded inwards to create more bathroom space.
