We were in cabin 9920 which was great, our cabin steward was the most attentive and meticulous we have had in 24 cruises. But the whole experience lacked class, when the beverage package did not even include water. Harvest Caye is a rip off. Beverage package did not apply. Food and beverages were extremely over priced on Harvest Caye. Shame on NCL for this cheap tactic. Pick another cruise line if you really want a quality experience. Bar service was terrible, very understaffed; you had to wait 20 or 30 minutes for a dink. O'Shehans service was beyond slow. They do this every week, don't let them tell you crowds are overwhelming, they know how many people the ship accommodates. Best experience was Ocean Vibe, but be willing to pay. If you are looking for a place near the pool, forget it! Aft balcony was great at an added cost. Main dining room was ok. Embarkation and disembarkation were a disaster.
