Wanted to see Jamaica , George Town as have never seen , We were also to go to Cozumel as well as Stirup bay Bahama. Ship with engine problems prior cruise . in stead of wanted cruise we went to Nassau and Great Stir up Bay Bahama. Boarded Sunday not Saturday and sat in port until Monday after 4 pm,. Drinks all had Florida tax as in port. Notified Friday night of change and impossible to get through to Norwegian number. Guest Services assured us the cruise line would reverse $250 for hotel and expense. After cruise NCL said guest services gave incorrect information, NCL should stand behind statements made by Norwegian guest services. Pools crowded and pool bar served those most obnoxious first and polite persons waited forever. Only ate in dining room once as we both had illness after, Never ate at buffet. Comedy shows and nightly entertainment was very good. Walking track was a joke . Follow up after cruise that was less than satisfactory was non-existent.
