This was our third time on the Breakaway, and the 12th for NCL total.
We chose this one because of the port. We wanted to visit New Orleans, in hindsight maybe not the best idea with Mardi gras going on!

Spa Mini-Suite with Balcony
The room was ok. It was immaculate, but i dont know If I would pay the extra for the spa mini suite. It was above the very noisy bar scene outside of Syd Normans,so that noise continued to 1am of the most part.
I will check the cost of a larger balcony room the next time, and weigh that against just purchasing the spa pass separate.
The bed was nothing special, very uncomfortable, but the bathroom are very nice!

Harvest Caye
HARVEST CAYE was very nice- We did not do an excursion, just enjoyed the amenities.
Costa Maya
There is a bird sanctuary in the port that only costs 12.00 per person. you can go up on the suspended bridges, and go into the bird areas. the habitats are very nice and well kept.
It was a very nice surprise- they give you cups of seed , and the birds will come right over to you and eat out of your hand.make sure you bring a camera.
