Have been on 3 previous cruises, Symphony and Opera and wanted to share this with my fiance. The level of service have definitely decreased and on the Sunday you just feel as if they want you off the ship. The balcony cabin was nice but the floor was broken in front of the sliding door - did report this. No beach towels in the cabin and what a mission to get some! The food was great except for Sunday lunch where they didn't have enough food, the space was far to little and the restaurant was dirty. Not an enjoyable experience at all. On a positive note, the shows were fantastic and every night just got better. The food in the evening restaurants were also very nice and a great experience. It is a pity that the top deck of the ship can only be accessed if you pay. On the island you also had to pay if you wanted a lounger, seems that money is now the main object for MSC.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony

The cabin was nice and had enough space - the floor in front of the sliding door was broken and the furniture on the balcony was dirty and had paint spots on.
