This was our fourth cruise, and our second time that we've cruised with Norwegian. We really like the perks, beverage package, speciality dining, Internet minutes, and long distance package. Last year we won a bid to upgrade our stateroom from balcony to mini suite. We loved it so much that we booked a mini suite when we booked this last cruise. I know that the staff, food and activities are obviously great on any cruise line, but we particularly love the staff, food and activity on Norwegian. Our room Stewart, Jacinto, was amazing. He always treated us with a smile, asked how we were, and was very accommodating to our needs. We always go to the same dining room for dinner. On the first night if our waiter/waitress treats us well we always return to their section every night. They quickly know how we like things cooked, and with me being a picky eater I really appreciate this. Then there's the bar staff/servers who also quickly learn our favourite drinks, so we tend to return to the same bar every day. There are numerous activities put on by the cruise director staff, and we took advantage of a lot of them!!!! There's also O'Sheehan's Pub restaurant and bar. The bar area holds a great selection of games such as pool, video games, and a bowling alley; there is a cost to play these things though. There's also waterslides, and the Skyrails Ropecourse which I just had to try!!!! It was a little windy the day I did it, it was scary, but overall it was a challenge, and a lot of fun! The excursions we took advantage of were amazing!!!! We took advantage of the Cruisenext desk, and booked a cruise to Alaska for September 2020; can't wait to go!!! My husband and I along with our travelling friends are committed Norwegian cruisers!
