Amazing experience for our Family Holiday. The Ship was clean and tidy at all times, Housekeeping staff were friendly and always greeted. The Entertainment Crew was nothing short of amazing and fun. My 8 year old attended the Kids Club where he was greet with hugs and fun activities by all staff - Sizwe and Charlie are exceptional Kids Club crew members. Onboard activities on the pool deck were fun to join in or just to watch. The disembarkation to the Island and on return home was a breeze. Cabin was suitable for our family of 3. The Buffet restaurants had something for everyone all day. All staff encountered along the 4 days were pleasant and friendly. The bar and seating set up on the Island was a huge improvement from our last cruise, the food was great. The theatre shows were entertaining and enjoyed by all. My son absolutely loved the Pool Deck Ice-Cream. The Restaurants and Bars were kept clean at all times, even with the amount of people coming and going all day. We will definitely cruise with MSC again!
