I am sure this won’t get posted as it isn’t flattering. We did not leave on 2/16 but boarded on 2/17 at noon and sat on ship until 2/18 at 4 pm when we departed Port Canaveral. All our ports Jamaica, Cozumel etc got cancelled. Went to Nassau and stirrup cay. That aside, which was bad enough, I did not find anything especially outstanding about this cruise/ cruiseline. I had some unpleasant experience and complaints that I don’t feel were or are still being addressed appropriately regarding funds misapplied and customer service flat out refuses to let me speak to a manager even though the corporate/executive offices in Miami gave me the names of two managers to ask for. Even if that was placed aside I don’t think the food was as good or the number of late night options e.g. after midnight or 1 am food options was as good as other cruiselines I have been on. You basically had one choice and you had to eat there. Menu was very limited. I don’t think the day time dining and upcharge restaurants food was as good either. I also did not feel they had as much in the way of entertainment. It wasn’t as clean and the staff wasn’t as friendly but I chalked that up to what they must have went through with guest the prior sailing during the San Juan debacle/engine break down. I also feel they knew the ship was not going to sail as scheduled on 2/16/2019 and to the scheduled ports yet lied to customers who called (perhaps employees who spoke to customers didn’t realize they were lying, maybe they too were lied too) so people would have already taken off work, traveled to FL and therefore been less likely to cancel trip completely when given the option. A calculated ploy, I feel, on their part. This more than anything causes me to rate them low.

The room was nice, size was nice in comparison to other cruises. It wasn’t as clean when we arrived. Didn’t get the little extra things that we looked forward to so much on previous cruises such as a different towel animal each night or morning. Only had one entire cruise
