Everything, I mean everything, about being on this ship was completely disorganized and inefficient. Staff seemed overwhelmed and answers to questions changed depending who you asked. The food in all the dining room is the same and the meat was all very poor quality. The entertainment was extremely low budget and it showed. The room service costs money but on Carnival its free. Laundry service was extremely expensive but on Carnival there were quarter machines. None of the "adults only" zones on board were enforced by staff. I saw no improvement in any area on this cruise line VS. any other cruise line I have been on and I would not cruise Norwegian again. Cabins bigger on Carnival too. We were charged for things we were not told were extra and given attitude when we requested refunds. The DJs only played random Spanish music............
