Well let’s start that myself and my wife had no choice but to book a cruise to stop the bleeding ,so to speak on gift cards that my brother gave to my daughter for her wedding that he was totally misled and told they done expire and no fees are charged to card .Well after 3 plus years each 500.00 gift card was worth 390.00. So much for no fees and cards expired 04/22. Started off with a bad taste already in my mouth, and this being my second cruise with Norwegian.1st one also out of Manhattan for convenience .Well my whole issue is comparison, I’ve been on 4 Royal Caribbean Cruises and let me tell you NCL can’t come close in any shape or form. This was a 3yr old ship compared to my last cruise less than 2 yrs ago on Royal Caribbean on a same size ship that was 6yrs old and let’s start by ambiance no comparison RC so much more elegant. Food so much more quality and diversity in regular main dining rooms. Entertainment can’t even match RC true Broadway style shows, excellent Comedians much more activity based on RC. family feud, Scavengerhunt, Quest, Belly flop contest, Horse racing poolside.etc. As far as internet I got free package 250 minutes a joke cost 125.00. You have to login and logout to stop clock on;y for email social media etc. couldn’t access my home cameras needed high speed package over 200.00 plus cost. RC cost me 130.00 unlimited for the week full access to anything on my phone. Unlimited drink package free 700.00 cost plus I paid 140.00 gratuity changes fine. RC was 530.00 for 7 days on Oasis Of the Seas.

If Nowreigian were less expensive than I would say you get what you pay for, but at the minimum they are same price for cabins if not more. This is why when you compare hands down wouldn’t go on NCL again convenience or not out of my city NY..
