Traveled with children

The staff was good but that’s about all I can compliment. Had a time to check in at the port and it took over 3 hours to get on the boat. Paid a lot of money for a cruise that was half the price at another time. No room in the kids camp so I paid full price for a child and they had nothing to do. The buffet was just OK and any of the sit down restaurants were slow. Dinner was no less than 2 hours each night. Got the arcade package and the amount of games for the kids to play was pathetic, and make sure you have any issues with the arcade package make sure who you speak to you get a name and write down the outcome and have them initial it. They scam you however they can. Pictures are absolutely outrageous in price, $25.00 for a 8 x 10, so it’s seriously highway robbery. The amount of money I paid for 2 people in a balcony room was $3400.00 and than had a $1600.00 bill when we got off the boat. I’ve cruised plenty before with other lines and this cruise line I felt like they totally ripped us off. Also they broke my Moms suitcase and they put a black silicone on it instead of filing out a claim form to have it replaced. Just very unhappy about 3/4 of the trip.

Cabin Review

Aft-facing Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B1

The cabin was OK, I don’t think 3 people would be comfortable due to the cabins being a little cramped.
