We just got off this ship on 24 Feb, we have sailed about 6 times on the Regal and are Elite members with Princess. Princess in their wisdom have done AWAY with the oh so popular wine packages, and no longer have White Zin on their wine list. Well since this is the only wine we drink that left us with NO WINE for us on the ship. The wine list has become so extensive and confusing that we would not even attempt to try something else. Princess needs to rethink some of their decisons, talked to several cruisers and we all had same opinion, new wine list does not work for the normal cruiser which is US. We always bought the wine packages and sometimes 2 packages on long cruises so wish they would think before making these changes. Ship food has been upgraded or they have new chefs, it was excellent and they are even bakcing cakes that have flavor and are sweet vs the last years verson which was NO taste, and No sweetness, also not so many rerun items each day, overall food was excellent. Service on this ship was some of the worst we have ever experienced and this is our 26th cruise with Princess, crew not happy, do not even acknowlege when you say "thank you".

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BC

Cabin needs new carpet, but bed was good. Bathroom was smelly no matter what cleaning was done to it. Cabin Steward was quick and efficient but not friendly at all.
