need more elevators-long wait boarding & disembarking-guest services need more training-wi fi difficult to use-most shows not to our taste-supper club food not so good-too much noise in main dining room-quality of food seems to to have gotten less-magician was not so good-on the plus side ship was nice-room was nice-steward MARK was excellent-food at cagneys & baymos was super good-also COM show was super good.

After 22 cruises with NCL I have decided that very large ships are not to our taste.

Examples of over crowding include getting into elavator so backed that any one wet from pools or beach got you all wet. Tried sharing a table in the main dinning room and it was so noisy I was not able to hold a conversation. Wheel chair assist was a 2 hour wait. Tour desk was unable to answer questions that I thought they should and that was after a half hour wait. It seemed like everything was a line and wait.
