Review for NCL Escape February 3, 2019 14 days.

We had booked our cruise 2 years in advance. I an disabled and use a mobility scooter. Prior to booking I spoke with NCL Agents in Miami. FL. When I booked with them I told them I was disabled and used a mobility scooter. I asked for a room off the elevator so ot would be easier to get my scooter in and I would not have to go down the hallways. When I booked the agent assured me I would be able to get my scooter down the hallway to our room. I was very close to the back elevators. So I booked the cruise in room 13627. I also booked handicaped assess shore excursion with assailable travel.

We arrived at the cruise terminal around 9 am. There was a lot of hustle and bustle Passengers getting off and passengers in long lines to check in. I was told to go to the access desk and ask for an employee. We did not know that 2 days prior she quit her job. So they still accommodated us and help us with check in. That was a very easy posses and went smoothly. We were then taken to a corralled off area with not nearly enough seats for handicapped individuals to sit. I really felt like a herd of cattle. We were not offered any water or food as we waited about 2 hours. The rest rooms were clean and smelled really good. So that at least was nice.

Cabin Review

Cabin Handicapped accessible

Beds too high. No water pressure. Hard to get in the pull down bed. Too close to the TV. We wiped our hands across the air vents. Two inches of dust and dirt. Shelving above the same way. AC did not work.
