We booked this because we couldn't fault celebrity Constellation last June. It was our first visit to Asia. The cabins are lovely but there were numerous problems and guest services had constant queues throughout the cruise. Our drinks package wasn't added to the cards along with hundreds of others, we had a few minor problems with the cabin and we didn't get any chocolates on our pillows, even though others on our deck did. Unfortunately, we had a connecting door and neighbours who liked TV all night. We could hear every word through the door. Service was very slow for the first few days but improved a lot after that. I thought my birthday might have been acknowledged too but I didn't even get a song, which is unusual for celebrity. The food and entertainment were great and we loved the itinerary. The captain was fab too with a brilliant sense of humour! I hope the problems are sorted now.
