Sail Date: Feb 2019
Cabin: Mid-ship Inside Stateroom

This was our fourth Norwegian cruise in 3 years. We had enjoyed many of the new ships, and were looking forward to another one. Unfortunately the public areas felt cramped, and the customer service was lacking, as they were frankly worn out from the amount of people waiting.

We brought along my wife's parents as well, who are seasoned cruisers, and throughout the entire cruise (even though a cruise is great no matter what), everything felt a bit lacking. We have sailed on the Escape twice and the Getaway, and this cruise on the Bliss felt very different.

Had a great meal at Teppanyki, a good meal at Cagney's and a sub par meal at Los Lobos (really felt below the standards of 'Specialty Dining')

Cabin Review

Mid-ship Inside Stateroom

Cabin IA

Cabin was very nice, although smaller than previous ships. Found it hard to navigate in the nighttime, which actually led to my wife falling off the bed one night.

Otherwise, cabin remained cold, and served the purpose in which it was created.
